Auffrance has built its reputation on custom designed and custom commissioned pieces. Many of the items in the 'standard' line began as custom commissioned pieces. With the permission of the individual benefactors they were designed for, these pieces were added in time to create the collections you see today.

Our hand selected design team has more than 85 years of combined experience designing custom reproduction furniture, built-ins and period style Boiserie Paneling. We are dedicated to making your vision a reality and our years of experience in this specific area can steer even the most experienced designer away from common computer generated mistakes in function & design accuracy. Our on staff hand carvers, bench-men & artisans have spent their lives bringing to life these one of a kind masterpieces in the centuries old traditions of their fathers & grandfathers.

From your rough ideas, photos or illustrations your piece will be brought to life. Rough concept sketches & renders will be made on site for basic design, function and pricing. Once a work is commissioned, meticulous working drawings are presented to you and your client for final approval before the laborious hand carving & bench work can begin. From elaborate plasma entertainment units, triple armoires and office work stations, to small unique night tables, end tables, or consoles; your dream is our passion and mission.
